Proposal & Wedding Planning

Can you plan both proposals and weddings?

Yes. We design and coordinate both romantic proposal experiences and full wedding celebrations. Whether you’re planning a surprise proposal or your entire wedding day, every detail is tailored to reflect your unique love story.

How do we start planning with you?

Simply complete our inquiry form with as much detail as possible, including your preferred date, location idea, guest count (if applicable), and overall vision. We will respond within 3–5 business days to discuss next steps.

Can you help with venue booking?

Yes. As part of our service, we recommend suitable venues and assist with bookings that align with your concept and guest requirements.

Do you provide photography or videography?

Yes. We can coordinate professional photography and videography as optional add-ons to beautifully capture your special moments.

Pricing & Packages

How much do your services cost?

Pricing varies depending on your selected package, event scale, location, season, and level of customisation. After receiving your inquiry, we will provide a personalised proposal and price estimate.

Are travel or permit fees included?

Some locations may require permits or additional fees. These will be discussed during the planning process once your location and concept are confirmed.

Timing & Availability

How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak seasons. We intentionally curate a limited number of events each year to ensure every client receives dedicated attention and care.

Customisation & Style

Can we customise our proposal or wedding design?
Absolutely. Every event is fully personalised, from colour palettes and floral designs to décor style and location choice. We work closely with you to express your personality and love story through thoughtful design.

Communication & On-the-Day Support

How will we stay in touch during planning?
We communicate via email, WhatsApp, video calls, or in-person meetings (when possible), keeping you informed at every stage from concept to execution.

Will you be on-site on the day of the event?
Yes. We provide full on-site coordination for proposals and wedding days to ensure everything runs smoothly, allowing you to focus on the moment.

Weather & Outdoor Events

What if the weather changes on the day of our event?
Okinawa’s weather can be unpredictable, particularly for outdoor and beachfront events. We closely monitor conditions leading up to your event and will communicate proactively if adjustments are needed.

Do you offer backup plans for outdoor events?
Yes. Backup options are discussed in advance and may include:

• Adjusting the event time

• Moving to a sheltered or indoor location

• Styling an alternative private space, such as a villa or covered venue

Our priority is to keep your experience beautiful, meaningful, and stress-free.

Will my event be cancelled due to rain or wind?
Events are not automatically cancelled due to light rain or wind. However, in cases of severe weather or safety concerns, we may recommend rescheduling or relocating the setup.

Can we reschedule if the weather is unsuitable?
Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability and vendor arrangements. Please note:

• Rescheduling is subject to availability

• Additional fees may apply

• Permit or venue fees may be non-refundable

We always aim to offer flexible and reasonable solutions.

What seasons are best for proposals or weddings in Okinawa?

• Spring and Autumn offer mild temperatures and pleasant weather

• Summer features vibrant ocean views but can be hot and humid

• Winter is cooler and quieter, ideal for intimate celebrations

Who makes the final decision regarding weather changes?
Final decisions are made in consultation with you, based on safety, practicality, and overall experience. We provide professional recommendations while respecting your wishes.

Booking & Payment

How do I reserve my date?
A full payment is required to secure your reservation and schedule your event.

What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the event to receive a 50% refund of the payment. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.

How do I pay?
Once your payment is received, your date is secured. We will issue an invoice based on the selected options. Full payment must be completed 7 days prior to the event date. Early payment is welcome.

What if the weather is bad?
While we closely monitor forecasts, weather conditions such as rain (30% chance) or strong winds (15 kt+) may affect outdoor events. In such cases, we will reschedule your event within 3–7 days prior or move it to an indoor location provided by you.
